We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Intermediate Software Engineers to join our teams who are building the world’s most advanced health technology platform. We deliver technology solutions for integration, population health management and precision medicine. Built on an open data platform our innovative end-to-end solution enables management of all types of health related data, proactively driving wellness across the communities we work in through prevention and early intervention.

About the roles :

Our teams have diverse range of skills and work as One Team. This enables us to support our Engineers and fill any gaps while they learn and grow. Join us and you will be working with some of the best and most experienced talented Engineers around.

As an Intermediate Developer your role will be engaging with all aspects of development cycle from design, to delivery and support. You will be fully involved with helping to steer best practices and approaches adopted by the team. As with all our teams, you will be encouraged and have the ability to think creatively and to make suggestions. You will be involved in stakeholder engagement, which means you directly influence the experience Clinicians and health practitioners have with our products. Without a doubt you will be impacting real world delivery of healthcare solutions for patients across the globe.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience : You will have a solid understanding of software architecture and software design with demonstrated ability to analyse, design, troubleshoot, and modify complex software products. You will have experience with databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server and working with cloud based technology (eg. AWS). Experience with CloudFormation or Terraform, Docker, Ansible, automation, ECS, Lambda are a plus!
• Skills : Proficiency in JAVA, front end web development with technologies such as React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Preferably you will be skilled in automated testing frameworks, such as JUnit, Jest, Selenium and Cypress.
• Characteristics : A team player and a person who shares ideas and enjoys a team oriented culture that consistently grows, develops and shares knowledge. Interested and motivated to mentor and grow our Graduate and Junior Developers. Inquisitive, detailed oriented and with a problem-solving mindset.
• Education – Relevant IT Tertiary Degree
