Senior Import / Export Operator

who is ready to step into a future leader.

Responsibilities

Manage a set portfolio of clients with diverse freight requirements.

Take full

end-to-end responsibility

for air and sea imports and exports, including bookings, documentation, invoicing, and client updates.

Gain exposure to

specialised shipments

(training provided if needed).

Operate within the

CargoWise system

to maintain accurate and compliant processes.

Support the Operations Supervisor and play a key role in daily operations.

Clear progression pathway into a

lead position

as the business grows.

Qualifications

Considerable NZ forwarding experience across both imports and exports, air and sea.

Senior operator level, confident managing varied shipments independently.

Someone motivated to step into a leadership track in the near future.

Adaptable and collaborative, with a positive approach and no need for micromanagement.
