What you'll be doing
Managing and processing reactive maintenance requests across phone, email, and online channels.
Prioritising, scheduling, and coordinating jobs with PAE staff and supplier networks.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all workflow components are captured for timely billing.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful service delivery.
Supporting site Health & Safety and quality systems, including audits and incident reporting.
Providing professional communication and updates to operations teams.
Delivering ad-hoc reporting and ensuring compliance with financial controls and business processes.
What you'll bring
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A knack for juggling multiple priorities while keeping calm under pressure.
Great communication skills — confident with clients, suppliers, and colleagues alike.
Experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination (ideally in facilities, maintenance, or a similar environment).
A team-focused approach and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
