Job descriptionLead commercial roofing projects (new builds and replacements) Work with a variety of systems : Metal Roofing, Warm Roofing, Membrane, Kingspan, Cladding, and more Manage labour, materials, and schedules to keep jobs on track Train and mentor apprentices while driving a positive team culture Build strong relationships with clients and site managers Experienced roofer, builder, or carpenter with leadership skills (ideally 3+ Years) Customer-focused and solution-driven Adaptable and motivated to deliver quality work Full NZ driver’s license required
