Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

  • Participate in the Worley New Zealand Graduate Program starting February 2026.
  • Apply engineering knowledge to global, game-changing projects.
  • Work alongside industry experts in the New Plymouth office.
  • Collaborate within teams and independently to learn and contribute.
  • Engage in a structured two-year Graduate Development Program focusing on professional development, leadership, project management, and professional registration.

About You

  • Undergraduates completing their final year of tertiary study in engineering.
