Role Description / Criteria Santa Maria College is a Catholic Girls' Secondary School enriched with the tradition of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan catering for over 800 students from Year 7–12.

The Director of Digital Learning will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the College with the use of technology by managing all educational learning management systems and platforms and creating and / or introducing any new programs.
This position is fixed term for 2 years and will include an Ongoing Teaching position with Health & PE as their main methods.
About you
Experience teaching methods listed
Experience in a similar leadership role (desirable)
Demonstrated empathy & compassion
Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of the developmental needs of adolescents and emerging young adults.
Proficient in the use of ICT for communication and record keeping.
Interpersonal skills appropriate to establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with students, staff and parents, particularly the ability to work as a member of a team.
Organisation and administrative skills appropriate for planning and preparation
VIT Certification
Commitment to supporting the College's relational management and restorative practices.
Maintain a positive environment which is respectful of all present and fosters student learning and motivation.
Able to participate in the College's professional development activities in and out of school hours.
Open to participate in the College's extra-curricular and co-curricular programs as required.
Experience with Mandatory Reporting and knowledge of Child Safety expectations and standards.
