Are you ready to step off the tools and into a leadership role that makes a real impact?

We're looking for an experienced tradesperson to lead our multi-disciplinary engineering services team at SkyCity Auckland.

This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing electrical, painting, upholstery, and carpentry services across our vibrant precinct.

You'll manage daily operations, coordinate contractors, and ensure our facilities run smoothly and safely.

From signing off rosters and purchase orders to supporting CapEx planning and compliance, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our property in top shape.

You're a Qualified Electrician With a Knack For Leading People And Juggling Priorities.

You've worked across varied sites and know how to deal with everyone—from tradespeople to corporate stakeholders.

You're confident, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

A current Electrical Licence (Electrical Workers Registration Board)

Experience supervising trade-based teams

Strong contractor management and communication skills

Multi-trade or appliance repair experience (a bonus!)

Comfort working in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 operational environment

This role is all about keeping SkyCity's facilities running like clockwork.

You'll lead a team of 8 direct reports and work closely with contractors and internal departments to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and compliance.

Your leadership will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and experience of our guests and staff.
