As practical, results-driven Construction Project Manager s , you will lead the construction phase of multiple housing projects. You’ll make sure everything runs safely, on time, within budget, and to the right standards – while keeping communication clear and consistent.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of site operations, manage build partners, and work closely with a collaborative project team. From pre-start meetings and resource planning to health and safety compliance and stakeholder engagement, you’ll keep projects moving and solve issues before they become roadblocks.
You’ll also champion continuous improvement, mentor Assistant Project Managers, and ensure quality and compliance across every site. Strong reporting, risk management, and relationship-building will be key to your success.
These roles are part of a highly focused team that work together in our Addington office during set hours Monday to Friday.
