About the role :
We are looking for Client Services Specialists for our Contact Centre based at the support office in Ellerslie Business Centre, Auckland. This fixed‑term part‑time position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week , working between 7 : 00 AM and 9 : 00 PM, Monday to Sunday, on a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
The role supports customers throughout their journey from booking a car to vehicle return. Responsibilities include providing quotations, making reservations, managing customer accounts, communicating damage charges, selling value‑add products, and handling breakdown and AA assistance. The position uses phone, email, web portal, and chat / social media channels.
Key skills : - Good verbal and written communication - Computer literacy - Confidence in dealing with people and assertiveness - Adaptability, attention to detail, and time management - Experience in the car‑rental industry is preferable - Experience with Cars+ software is preferable or quick to adapt to new technology
