• Join a team that values hard work and honesty and get your weekends back. Grada Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading land development civil contracting company in Queenstown, taking on a key senior leadership role within the business.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be leading the delivery of multiple projects across the Queenstown and Wanaka regions, leading a diverse team of engineers and field staff while monitoring the safety, productivity and profitability across the team. Along with this, you will be expected to support the ongoing business development and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.
