What We Offer
The Role
As our Reservations Manager, your role will be key in ensuring that revenue is maximised through effective use of booking channels and revenue strategies, optimising both yield and occupancy for the hotel. You’ll be hands‑on, collaborating with various departments, conducting site inspections, and occasionally assisting on the front desk.
You’ll also take the lead in managing administrative tasks, including preparing and presenting reports on revenue and tracking data. Your great organisational skills and time management abilities will be essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
What We’re Looking For
While Front Office or Hotel experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who can demonstrate proven organisational skills, excellent time management, and strong administrative abilities.
This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week) with a competitive pay rate of $30‑$35 per hour.
You must have legal eligibility to work in New Zealand, want to commit to the role long term and use it to grow within the hotel / business.
