Overview
Support a Tier 2, Deputy Chief Executive, who manages Communications and Policy in this public sector agency. We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant, who is keen to step up into an Executive Assistant level position.
Responsibilities
- Diary and calendar management
- Travel coordination (national)
- Minute taking (1–2 meetings per week)
- Support functions and events
- General administration and document management
- Coordinate agendas and briefing papers
What we are looking for
A Personal Assistant with 4–5 years experience supporting Tier 3 executives in the public sector, or the equivalent level in a large private sector entityAn ability to hit the ground running, with previous experience in temporary contractsPrevious experience working with confidential information and a knowledge of the machinery of governmentWork effectively with stakeholders, with a strong eye for detail and ability to work to deadlinesIf you are interested, please APPLY NOW!
