We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven Business Director to lead revenue delivery across our agency portfolio.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for executing the Revenue Delivery strategy and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across TV, Digital, and Partnerships investment.
You'll be the key point of contact for agency and advertiser relationships—owning implementation, driving performance, and ensuring seamless delivery.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced media environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following :
Digital ambition and expertise – and champions digital innovation
Passion and understanding of the changing Marketing and Media landscape and how TV and online work together.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Media planning and buying skills.
Wealth of experience in media
Strong media relationship skills

Manages time and resources effectively.
Works well under pressure
Positive culture and engagement
Data driven – strong analytical skills, ability to derive insights and next steps from data
Working knowledge of any of the following systems including; Media Book booking system, Intilecta, Digital sales systems, Google Ad Manager, Power BI, Nielsen research system, TV Map and Microsoft software is an advantage
