Job descriptionProviding customer service, including assistance with parking inquiries (ticket processing, booking queries, providing directions and processing payments) Responding to intercom / phone calls directed to the Parking Services Kiosk Monitoring and investigating queries via CCTV Logging escalations with airport operations where necessary Full training Uniform provided stable employment with caree advancement opportunities Free carpark! Parking Attendant in Wellington - Part time
About the role : We are looking for a Part-time Parking Attendant based at Wellington Airport.
The role is permanent 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday 5am - 1pm
Pay rate is $24.42 per hour
We are looking for someone with :
- Excellent customer service skills + experience
- Good communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Full drivers licence
- General computer skills
