The Role You Could PlayWe are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our NZ Flagship store in Christchurch on parental leave cover, full-time basis.This new multi-level store will be truly world class!

As NZ's Flagship store, it'll be the third biggest store in the entire MECCA fleet!

You will be reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for : Living and breathing the MECCA values as you lead by exampleDriving success and engagement in the store team, assisting in performance management and upholding the company valuesEnsuring smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experienceWhat You Will BringWe look for experienced and passionate leaders who are capable of engaging and motivating a team, driving operational excellence and delivering on sales and KPI expectations.
