Sous Chef

Job DescriptionBreakfree on Cashel is looking for a Fixed term Full time Sous Chef to assist us over the busy season until April

• .You will assist the Head Chef in the overall management of the outlet, leading the work of all Kitchen team Members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department, overall profitability and reputation within the industry.

Encourage and assist with overseeing the training, growth and development of Chefs of a lower level.
