BAS Accountant Manager or Associate to become Director in approx 12 months.

Amazing opportunity for a talented and ambitious Accountant to join this boutique firm on the North Shore to then become Director in approximately 12 months.

Current Partner is exiting and looking for someone to take over the practice and run it.

Friendly and reliable people in a well established firm with a solid and varied client base of SME's.

Successful, professional, reputable and progressive CA firm.

The current Partner will stay on for approx 12 months as a Consultant to help you to transition into your new role.

The firm is full XERO practice – XPM and SuiteFiles.

This role is exclusive to KG Recruitment Ltd.

The role :

Managing team including reviewing and signing off accounts

Business development for new clients

Client management

Advisory work / projects

You will be :

Smart, talented, ambitious, energetic, positive and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Have BAS experience in a reputable NZ CA firm in a senior management role within the last 4 years.

Opportunity to become Director and if you wish to then have some ownership in your business.

Remuneration of $160K to $200K pa plus KS depending on experience.
