Assistant Building Surveyor - South East London - Up to £40,000 per annum

Our client, a respected and forward-thinking property consultancy, is seeking an experienced Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team in Eltham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in social housing and building services who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out building inspections, condition surveys, and diagnostic assessments
• Prepare clear and accurate reports, specifications, and schedules of work
• Support senior surveyors on repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment programmes
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, housing officers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and housing requirements
