High staff morale at this Chartered Accounting firm which provides BAS Senior level Accountants with a strong foundation in tax legislation, compliance work, preparation of annual financial accounts and also a broad range of some very interesting advisory work. Their client base is your typical owner operated business including some substantial companies, such as acting for owners upward of $100M and a number of clients around the $25M , most would be under $10M and over $500K turnover. Manufacturing, import and distribution, retail, prof services, IT companies, residential and commercial property investors, a small number of developers.

Responsibilities

As a BAS Senior half of your role will be reviewing work of the Junior and Intermediates.

Also 40% of fees are project work (acquisition, disposal, shareholders disputes, matrimonials, profit share, funding applications, pr-entering and exiting of Partners for prof services, while most of this work is for BAS Senior level and above, at Intermediate level you will still be given some of this work and / or be involved in it so that you are able to be supported in learning this type of work. You will have client contact and be a part of some of the client meetings.

Qualifications

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ BAS experience in a medium sized NZ CA firm or larger and you will be fully qualified.

You will have the right to work in NZ and be living here currently. If you do not fulfill these criteria then likely no response will be given.
