The Role

As Engineering Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager, your core functions are as follows :

• Minimising downtime with planning & maintenance management
• Ensuring all maintenance adheres to food safety & quality standards
• Providing leadership in Health & Safety
• Driving continuous improvement within the maintenance function
• Management of maintenance budgets & related asset management
• Project management : H&S & Sustainability upgrade projects
