Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of large-scale capital projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, sustainability, and ROI metrics.

Lead end-to-end engineering operations, including asset management and automation strategy.

Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with global and regional business objectives.

Foster a high-performing team culture built on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Production, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven senior leadership experience in engineering within food, dairy, FMCG, or process industries.
• Expertise in large-scale capital projects, reliability-centered maintenance, and automation.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead change and deliver results in a dynamic, complex environment.
