A busy role for an experienced Facilities Coordinator, who is available for an immediate start.
Covering a secondment, the successful candidate will manage facilities for six sites across Lower Hutt, Porirua and Wellington CBD.
Duties Include
Organise building maintenance and security access
Book in contractors, to assist with building issues
Log and manage jobs through facilities software
Manage general administrative duties as required
Cover reception services during periods of absence
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience Required
Previous experience working in the facilities space as a coordinator or administrator
Strong attention to detail with the ability to build relationships quickly
Ability to hit the ground running using the MS Suite and picking up internal systems
Ability to drive to different sites throughout the week, across Lower Hutt, Porirua and Wellington CBD
Timeline
