You'll be part of a multidisciplinary group working on impactful water and wastewater projects across the region.
In These Roles, You WillTake ownership of engineering tasks that grow in scope and complexity, with support and guidance from senior team membersContribute to analysis, design work, tenders, and proposalsCoordinate with other disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical, etc.)Delegate, supervise, and mentor junior mechanical engineersWork actively towards professional certification or registrationHelp prepare documentation, ensuring accuracy and meeting quality standardsBuild your understanding of business operations, including budgets and revenueDevelop your communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills

You'll BringA degree in mechanical engineeringOver 5 years' experience in a consulting or utility environment, particularly in pipeline, hydraulics, pump station, wastewater or water treatment plant designsExperience with 3D design modelling packages (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Plant 3D) — a real advantageChartered status (preferred), or be actively working towards chartershipA natural ability to build strong networks both within and outside the organisation
