Job descriptionProvide customer support via email and live messaging to various user types across different product areas Resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail and customer advocacy Collaborate closely with Customer Success and operational teams to enhance user experience Meet productivity standards while ensuring quality service delivery Act as the voice and ear for users, advocating for their needs within the organization Strong problem‑solving skills with a passion for enhancing the customer journey Solid experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a tech environment Hands‑on experience in Live Chat and Email Support Proficient in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions Fluent in written and spoken English Experience working remotely or in a fast‑growing organization Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and / or Pension systems
