Responsibilities
Provide exceptional technical and administrative support for user and payment queries
Confidently assist customers via phone and email, using strong communication and problem-solving skills
Think quickly and act professionally to resolve issues and provide solutions
Help customers understand and navigate digital banking platforms
Liaise with third-party providers to ensure timely and lasting resolutions
Maintain a strong working knowledge of banking products and services
Qualifications
Contact centre or helpdesk experience
Proven customer service skills in a professional setting
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
Confidence in learning new digital platforms and navigating technology
A proactive mindset and ability to think on your feet
Knowledge of Westpac's two-to-sign digital banking platforms (Corporate Online, Business Online, Westpac One for Business) is a plus
General banking experience and experience working with business or corporate clients is desirable
