As well as : Design and create engaging training materials focused on product knowledge, benefits, and competitive advantagesDevelop adaptable training programs for both in-person and online delivery via Learning Management Systems (LMS)Ensure remote learning is accessible through digital content and prepare materials for live presentations as neededTailor content to help sales teams confidently recommend the best products to meet consumer needsRegularly update training materials based on product developments and feedback from training sessionsManage content on the company intranet, keeping it fresh, engaging, and aligned with business goalsHelp create content for internal campaigns, announcements, and presentationsAbout YouWe're looking for someone passionate about storytelling and who can make beautiful content from complex or technical concepts.
