Our Project and Programme Coordinators are at the centre of our delivery and are critical to helping it run smoothly. The Enterprise Portfolio Management Office for Oranga Tamariki is a critical enabler for delivering better outcomes for tamariki in our care. The Practice Lead, Coordination reports to the Manager, Project Capability and is the leader responsible for our Project and programme capability within the EPMO. This includes ensuring our Coordinators are coached, led, guided and supported to work with our Project and Programme Managers to successfully deliver our objectives.
As a critical part of our delivery team, the Coordination Practice is a key enabler of good delivery. We are looking for a natural leader to guide, support and develop our coordinators and ensure they are set up to be the best they can be every day.
This role is based in our Wellington office. Due to the operational requirements and dynamic nature of the role, it will be beneficial for you to have the close support of the team around you. Candidates for this role are required to already be based in Wellington or be willing to relocate to Wellington for this opportunity.

Annual remuneration for this position starts between $125,926 and $139,459 dependent on experience.
