Nursing Services Manager (Ward and Day Stay)

WHAINGA | THE PURPOSE

To manage and coordinate the Ward, Admissions, and Day Stay teams, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and supporting the Hospital Manager to achieve Forté Health’s strategic goals.

TURANGA | THE ROLE

You’ll provide leadership, operational oversight, and clinical management across key hospital services. This includes driving quality improvement, managing resources, supporting team development, and fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
