Surrounded by coastlines, parks, and locallandmarks, Warkworth offers a unique lifestyle and a strong sense of place.About the RolesWe have several opportunities for Team Members to join our Warkworth storeacross different departments : External Gardens / Garden Exterior – 24 hours per week (3 weekdays + 1 weekendday)Front End – Customer Services (not checkouts) – 40 hours per week (3 weekdays +1 weekend day)Inwards Goods – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)All roles are based in Warkworth, with rosters including at least one weekendday.What You'll BringPrevious experience in retail, customer service, logistics, or warehousing(role dependent)A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to help wherever neededStrong communication skills and a friendly, approachable mannerGood attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical fitness for lifting and moving stock (particularly for Inwards Goodsand Gardens)A commitment to great customer service and teamworkMost importantly : you live locally and can easily commute to WarkworthYour Day-to-DayDepending on your department, you could be : Assisting customers with plants, garden products, and outdoor rangesHelping with product queries, returns, claims, special orders, click &collect, and home deliveryReceiving, checking, and organising stock in our inwards goods areaProviding excellent customer service and working with your team to keep thestore running smoothlyThe PerksOngoing training and developmentTools and resources to grow your retail careerGenerous staff purchase scheme at select Columbus Cafés and Mitre 10 stores!
