We’re looking for a Māori Capability Lead to drive initiatives that uplift cultural capability and embed tikanga Māori. You’ll lead the design and development of learning solutions in alignment with the Māori strategy, partnering with leaders and kaimahi to build confidence in applying te ao Māori, tikanga Māori and mātauranga Māori in everyday work.

This role offers scope to design and implement change while bringing your passion for kaupapa Māori to the forefront.
