  • Starting salary $75,326 - $79,746

Mō te tūnga | About the role

We are seeking an Administration Manager to support the Southland Area team and ensure a high standard of service for staff and visitors. You will oversee day‑to‑day office operations, provide hands‑on administration support to the Area Manager and wider team, and lead the delivery of efficient administration and reception services.

This role suits someone who is proactive and organised, delivers excellent customer service, and is motivated by making a positive difference in the community.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

  • Strong administration experience (general administration, accounts management, purchase orders, bank reconciliations).
  • Confidence working across Microsoft Office, including Excel, and fast at learning new systems.
  • People management experience and leadership with the ability to motivate, support and guide others.
  • The ability to resolve problems and respond calmly when put under pressure.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive rapport quickly.
  • Confidence in communicating with people who have a disability.
  • A full New Zealand Driver Licence.
