Job Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening to filter out applicants who do not meet key eligibility criteria
- Update the KPI database with relevant applicant information
- Verify applications to ensure completeness and accuracy of all required information
- Follow up on incomplete applications
- Compile the list of applicants shortlisted
- Schedule interview sessions with the first-round, final-round interview panel
- Notify candidates of their scheduled interview sessions
- Prepare and compile necessary interview materials
- Inform interview panel members of their assigned interview sessions and disseminate interview materials
- Collect completed grading sheets from interviewers and prepare the interview assessment report
- Enter interview grades into the system accurately
- Schedule interview sessions with the final round interview panel
- Prepare offer packages
- Inform candidates on the interview results and send offer package
- Track acceptance of offer packages and update KPI database
- Verify candidates’ acceptance and supporting documents
- Follow up with each candidate on onboarding administrative
- Verify the insolvency status of sureties and file the records in the ePFile system
- Send awardees for medical check up
- Setup, schedule and conduct virtual contract signing
- Save signed documents in ePFile and inform payroll team to prepare for first allowance disbursement
- Updating and maintenance of database
- Sending out of email containing administrative details to candidates, as part of their onboarding process
- Addressing any queries from candidates on administrative details, such as onboarding process, claims etc.
Job Requirements
Diploma Human Resources, Business or relevant disciplineTech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools (Note : Excel skills such as vlookup and pivot tables are important)Experience with SAP or other leading HR Systems preferablyA good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitudeMeticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong aptitude to learn quickly, pick up new skills and adaptableAble to multitask and handle high volume of workAble to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of workMon – Thu, 8.30am – 6pm ; Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
