What You'll Do :

As the Project Manager, you'll oversee delivery from pre-construction through completion, including :

Developing and managing project schedules and programs

Financial control : budgets, forecasts, and reporting

Contract administration and stakeholder engagement

Leading WHS and QA compliance

Building, coaching and mentoring site teams

Liaising with developers, councils, consultants and subcontractors

What We're Looking For :

Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a Trade background

Proven experience managing Commercial or High-Rise Residential projects over $10M

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong understanding of WHS and quality assurance

A proactive work ethic and drive to deliver results
