Overview
As an Assistant Programme Manager , you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings and afternoons unforgettable for children. You’ll work a minimum of 10 contracted hours per week – mornings (7 : 00–8 : 30am), afternoons (2 : 30–6 : 00pm depending on programme requirements), and potentially extra hours during the school holidays (between 7 : 00am–6 : 00pm).
Responsibilities
- Bring the fun! Supervise and support tamariki through a mix of exciting, safe activities every day
- Team up with your Programme Manager to run sessions that keep kids buzzing with energy
- Be the extra set of eyes and ears – spotting wellbeing, behaviour, or safety hiccups and ensuring everyone feels supported
- Connect with parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive
- Be a team player – jump in to help your crew and make the programme run smoothly
