Master the Backlog : Keep our product backlog healthy, prioritised, and detailed, ensuring the technology teams have everything they need for continuous execution.
Champion Best Practices : Coach and empower the team in generating shared understanding, driving successful change management, and embedding business analysis best practices.
What you'll bring | Hei koha You'll bring Business Analysis proficiency, which encompasses applying BA skills, techniques, best practices, standards, and guidelines, and stakeholder management capabilities, highlighting the ability to effectively manage and engage stakeholders.
You'll have : 3+ years as a BA, with a deep understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle and app store submission.
Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and dual-track approaches, bridging business needs with technical delivery.
Experience with human-centered design, ensuring user experience is at the heart of your analysis.
Exceptional skill in eliciting complex technical requirements, system analysis, and data modelling for large-scale projects.
Strong track record in leading business analysis efforts to successfully drive complex, cross-domain initiatives.
