Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator & Database Loader to join our growing tourism business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career who also enjoys working with data and systems in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with accounts payable processing
  • Preparing and coding invoices for approval and payment
  • Entering and updating supplier rates, tour details, and customer information in the company databases
  • Checking accuracy of data entries and correcting errors where necessary
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports for management
  • Providing general administrative support across the business

About You

Some prior accounts or office administration experience is an advantage (but training will be provided)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data

Confident computer skills, including Excel and database systems

A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly

Good communication and teamwork skills
