About the University and Department

The University of Auckland is New Zealand’s leading research-intensive university. The School of Population Health is located on the Grafton campus, within the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences and adjacent to Auckland City Hospital and Starship Children’s Hospital. The Department leads rural health and immunisation initiatives and hosts a broad range of research in chronic disease, mental health, health equity, and professional education.
