About the Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker to provide senior expertise and advice on the people and capability aspects of our Identity Services Acceleration Programme (ISAP).

This is a unique opportunity to shape how DIA becomes a high-performing organisation and a great place to work.

You'll be working at the intersection of organisational development, change management, talent management, Capability Development, and culture – partnering with senior leaders to build workforce capability that supports our strategic objectives.

What You will Do

  • Provide trusted advice to senior leaders on people, workforce and capability initiatives
  • Lead the development and delivery of the ISAP People and Capability workstream
  • Use data and insights to understand current and future workforce needs
  • Build effective, trusted relationships across the ISAP Programme team

What We're Looking for

  • Prior experience in operating at senior or executive level
  • Strong background in organisational development and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform leadership decisions
  • Comprehensive understanding of organisational development and change management models
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Advanced strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute plans
