Transformation Lead Strategy and Growth GroupWe are seeking a strategic and collaborative Transformation Lead to help drive sustainable development, recovery, and economic growth across the district.The Strategy and Growth Group at Kapiti Coast District Council leads the charge on sustainable development and 'good growth' across the district.

This dynamic group brings together key functions including strategy and policy, urban and district planning, strategic housing, economic development, consenting, and investment.About the roleAs Transformation Lead, you'll report to the Manager Strategic Transformation and take a leading role in delivering strategic advice and driving change across complex, high-impact initiatives.

You'll champion systems-thinking and innovation, lead key projects within the transformation work programme, and support the team's broader efforts to improve how Council responds to growth, recovery, and development challenges.This role requires a sharp, strategic mind and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
