Essential skills and attributes required :

Current New Zealand practicing certificate or Limited To Teach (LAT) issued by the Teachers Council.

Sound understanding of New Zealand Curriculum and effective pedagogy.

Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.

A collaborative mindset and openness to ongoing professional growth.

Commitment to inclusive practices and student pastoral care and wellbeing.

Culturally responsive and reflective in teaching approach
