Provide technical support to trade and retail customers using automotive parts / mechanical knowledge
Build effective customer relationships

The Successful Applicant Will
Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
Be comfortable sharing knowledge and communicate in both technical and non-technical terms
Be a natural problem solver with sound computer skills
Be a proactive and driven team player, able to work independently
Have flexible availability and a valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
