OverviewAt MediaWorks, we're looking for a confident and solutions focused Head of Workplace Operations (alternatively known as Head of Property and Facilities Operations) to lead our national property, facilities, procurement, and fleet functions — ensuring our workplaces are safe, efficient, and set up for success.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment.

You'll be the connector between teams, sites, and suppliers — balancing structure with adaptability.You'll lead a talented team of 4 responsible for more than 20 offices, studios, and regional sites across Aotearoa.

From operational delivery and supplier management to risk and compliance, this role is about creating great environments for our people and ensuring our operations run smoothly every day.What you'll doReporting to the CFO, you'll drive operational excellence across MediaWorks' property, procurement, and fleet portfolios.
