This position will be working Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.00pm based in Wellington.
In this role, you will be responsible for matching applicant needs with available housing, maintaining their tenancies, and ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act
You'll handle documentation, rent monitoring, and repairs efficiently.

We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with Tenancy Management expertise and Level 4 Property Management qualification.
Applicants must hold the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management or a recognised equivalent.
Alternatively, you will commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with LinkPeople.
This needs to be completed within six months of starting your employment.
LinkPeople offers significant support for Tenancy Managers to complete this study.
You'll have at least 2 years of experience in property management and administration.
You'll have the ability to work effectively and proactively across multiple teams both internally and externally to support our most vulnerable in the community in a tenancy setting.
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Full New Zealand driver's licence.
