This role

Our Implementations Teams are responsible for implementing the Employment Hero platform with our high-value customers, and our Project Managers are responsible for ensuring timely and successful implementations – including bespoke solutions based on the customer's needs within the Employment Hero platform. As a SaaS Implementations Project Manager, you will be the primary contact point for high-value customers during implementations, which means you will be responsible for project time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction. You will work with Implementation Specialists from our HR and Payroll teams and with our off‑shore Data Analysts to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

This role is exciting! Many of our customers are not experts in project management, technology or HR / Payroll, therefore you will have the ability to support our customers with change management processes. You will be tasked with managing many projects at any one time, and to be successful, you will need to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, prioritise tasks, in order to drive positive outcomes.
