About The Role
As District Manager based in Palmerston North you will inspire a team of Account Managers across water and hygiene sectors in the lower North Island.
You will drive performance, nurture senior customer relationships and foster a culture of excellence.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Ensure your sales team reaches targets and objectives.
Provide guidance, coaching and support to develop their skills and career goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business and expand market share within the district.
Manage and develop relationships with the client base across the region.
Deliver the highest standards of business excellence to customers.
Bring Ecolab's value-added services and innovation programs to assist customers meet their business goals.
Our Ideal Candidate May Have
Experience guiding and developing successful sales teams.
Experience or exposure to the water industry and food & beverage processing.
Experience overseeing teams across a diverse territory.
Ability to build, maintain and retain customer relationships at all levels.
A full and valid driver's license.
The ability to travel with overnight stays.
