Job description
  • Operating at the Leading Edge of Technology
  • Guiding and Shaping the Impact on an Entire Industry
  • Rumenaut has developed a leading edge robotic rumen technology that simulates the rumen fermentation process. This enables diverse client users to monitor and measure the outputs of fermentation such as methane and markers of animal productivity. Alongside this, Rumenaut is developing intraruminal technologies to better report live animal dynamics.

The ability to accurately simulate and monitor rumen fermentation enables clients to scientifically measure the impacts of varying feed types, formulations or inhibitors in real time. The significant and key benefits to industry and the environment are primarily in the areas of improved animal productivity and the reduction in ruminant methane emissions.

Having achieved Proof of concept and commercialisation, Rumenaut has begun to amass global interest from multinational clients along with an impressive stable of potential investors.

With strong growth opportunity knocking on the door, the company is looking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will provide guidance and leadership internally along with outward‑facing commercial facilitation. The CEO will become the business face of Rumenaut and will represent the company to future clients and investors, being the first port of call for managing relationships.

Charting the path for growth will rely on the CEO and the executive team identifying future needs and supporting the science and innovation to meet clear market demand.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work and lead at the front edge of a dynamic and growing industry. The CEO will have credentials from a science and technology based background together with a strong commercial and strategic head, familiarity with opening and doing business at a global level, and the ability to enhance a culture that understands and supports scientific and technological development at this level.

The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and manage the shareholder relationships and expectations.

An opportunity of this magnitude is rare, and the confidence of multinational level investors is solid.

To be considered you must contact Echelon Group directly as applications through other agencies will not be considered or accepted.
