About Us

Paulownia Residential Trust provides a warm, homely environment where the people we support receive quality, compassionate care 24 / 7, 365 days a year. Our Supported Independent Living service is tailored to each person’s needs and includes a basic living skills programme, helping people gain confidence and independence to live successfully in their community.

About the Role

We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated people to join our team as Support Workers. Your role will include :

• Supporting people with disabilities in their daily lives
• Promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful activities
• Providing personal care where required
• Encouraging skill development and community participation
• Working as part of a small, supportive team
• Following individual support plans to ensure person-centred care
