Our bustling Paraparaumu clinic is looking for an energetic Lead Physiotherapist to join the team.

You will introduce process improvements, drive your team toward success and further clinical development while ensuring clients receive the best support.

You will work autonomously, maintain a clinical caseload, and mentor your team.

Main Responsibilities

Work with the Clinical / Service Leads to ensure high-quality service.

Consider client feedback to develop best practice / process improvements for the clinic / region.

Deliver personalised solutions for rehabilitation services and products.

Work on a diverse and exciting caseload, determining appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans.

The Ideal Candidate

Must have NZ Physio registration and current APC.

5 years' experience desirable.

Full NZ Driver's license for community rehabilitation.

Excellent communication skills – you will meet new and varied people every day.
