Rapid Relief Support Worker

As a Rapid Relief Support Worker , you'll step in where you're needed most - providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will see you working across different situations and care needs. You\'ll work relief shifts and receive extra earnings on weekends, all while supporting people in your community to live their best lives. If you're reliable, compassionate, and confident in your skills, this is your opportunity to be part of something meaningful. This role supports clients based in Wellington Central.

Each Tangata will have high risk individual care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living such as :

• Palliative cares
• Dementia
• Mental health
• Medication
