You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operations and mentoring, leading, and guiding a solid team of professionals. This role is a 50 / 50 mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance, so versatility is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 maintenance technicians
• Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, ensuring minimal downtime
• Support, lead and train team members
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
• Work with advanced systems and technology in a modern facility
